Message from our Founders
The Oxford Global Directors Forum (previously the Oxford Diplomacy & Geopolitics Forum) was founded to give directors, principals, and senior leaders a venue worthy of the decisions they are asked to make. We saw a gap between the conference circuit, the trade association, and the boardroom – and built, in the hallowed halls of Oxford, a discreet executive leadership programme that sits above all three.
The Forum exists to do these things well:

convene invitation-only, world-class summits of business, industry, public-sector and academic leaders;

immerse delegates in hands-on dialogue with senior policymakers, scholars, and industry leaders under Chatham House rules;

confer the Certificate of Executive Leadership Recognition, signed and issued by a constituent college of the University of Oxford, on nominated leaders of exceptional judgement, integrity, and consequence;

sustain a confidential global membership of principals across industry, government, academic and scientific excellence, and finance.
